We are situated in Exeter offering reasonably priced accommodation at a walking distance to the City Centre and Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. We are a family run business and have been trading since 2014 and had many happy returning guests over the years. The property has 6 bedrooms, four en-suite and two sharing a private bathroom. For hygiene reasons, we will only let one room using the shared bathroom and the other room will remain unoccupied unless all the guests are from the same party.

Parking


Limited off road parking is available. There is a small daily charge of £3 to guarantee your space. Reserve in advance to avoid disappointment. On road parking is free from 4pm to 10am over night and free all day at weekends. We can supply parking permits during restricted times at same cost.
